to me; it is a way of life. I continue to
serve my University everyday through the
leadership and followership positions I
hold. As a Cadet First Sergeant in the Corps
of Cadets, Leader
of the G.E.R.M.A.N. Club, Co-Chairman for
the annual Midwinters Dance, participant
in Relay for Life and Big Event, member
of Army ROTC, Ranger Company, and Skipper
Crew, I strive to always represent the foundations
that this great
University was founded upon, namely Ut Prosim.
It would truly be an honor to serve Virginia Tech as the 2009 Homecoming King. My goal as ambassador for this University would be to continue to represent the foundations and encourage this growth in others through leading by example. I would not only embody this spirit during my potential time as 2009 Homecoming King, but would continue to uphold these values throughout my life."
