Why do you feel you are qualified to serve on the Virginia Tech Homecoming Court and your goals if you are selected Homecoming Queen or King?
"Virginia
Tech has offered
me so much more
than what I could have ever hoped for from
a university. Over the past three years
here, I have been fortunate enough to take
on leadership roles, meet diverse people,
shape my future, and make friends with people
who will be in my life forever. Never could
I have imagined a place could turn into
my home so easily and quickly. As a result,
I want an opportunity to give back and serve
Tech as a representative. I would love
to use the Homecoming
position as a chance to be a role model
for other students, participate in more
campus-wide events, branch out to organizations
that are underrepresented, and make this
campus even more inclusive for all types
of students."
