Why do you feel you are qualified to serve on the Virginia Tech Homecoming Court and your goals if you are selected Homecoming Queen or King?
"I
believe that I am qualified to serve on
the Virginia Tech Homecoming Court because
I have tried to take advantage of all of
the opportunities Virginia Tech has to offer
since my first year. If I were selected
Homecoming King I would strive to continue
spreading all of the positive aspects of
this university that makes it so unique.
As Homecoming King, I would work closely
with the Queen to ensure that all students,
departments, and organizations of Virginia
Tech are represented and applauded for all
of their accomplishments. I would take a
personal interest in reaching out to all
new and existing Hokies to connect them
to the university and all of the great traditions
that Virginia Tech proudly calls their own.
As Homecoming King I would use my ‘never
quit’ attitude to be the most active
Homecoming King this university has ever
had. "
